The Energy is Rising...

The energy of retreat is certainly building. I have had new registrations everyday this past week so I am guessing the special $150 rate is good for everyone. It sure is making me be very frugal however those that know me well know that I can be frugal and a haggler for a good deal.

We are going to be more environmental this time around. Those that have attended in the past are asked to bring their red bag back with them to carry home all of their Gratitudes. Our Knowledge Boxes will

now be used time and time again however you will be given a special "envelope" to put all the knowledge you have received over the course of the weekend to refer back to and enjoy. Retreat for us has been utilizing what we have on hand and once again I was struck by a "duh" moment when I was figuring an expense for blow up mattresses to make our pallets around the meditation hall softer and did not even think about utilizing the top mattresses from some bunks! Duh...never even occurred to me last time when we were taking all those pillows over there. Smile....everyone's tooshie will have a cushie to be comfee on!

We are hard at work getting everything prepared for yet another wonderful experience for everyone where I hope that you will make lasting bonds with new "sisters". We are fortune to have Maria tentatively scheduled to lead us in our Buddhism portion of the Finding Your Zen experience for Friday night. I know I am very much looking forward to this after our very enlightening lunch we shared. I was most inspired by the Olympic Games opening ceremonies and believe what I had planned for all of you will be a very rewarding experience. Saturday is of course still a busy day however at a leisurely pace. We begin with Penney with the Gentle Yoga experience. We then live in the moment with Trace through Mandalas for Mindfulness and Meditation which will last your through the weekend into your coming months with activities. Pxz will lead us again in a Feng Shui workshop designed to embrace the chi/energy all around us. For those who have been through the workshop before there are lots of new cures, tips and tricks in store for you this time. The remainder of the afternoon will be our AngelLove Healing workshop where participants who choose will be attuned to Reiki level one and two. We then have our own Fire Goddess in charge of the Fire Within experience on Saturday evening. Sunday will again begin with Penney in the Red Tent/Zendo for Gentle Yoga followed by brunch included made to order omelets. We then gather one last time in the Red Tent/Zendo for our closing. On Sunday we will have a new feature for this retreat with optional "blessings" to take home with you from our sisters who will have a little bazaar of their wears if you are so inclined. Space is limited to 36 women for this retreat. I have placed orders for all the materials at this time so no additional registrations will be accepted after the max has been reached. Back to the energy raising in preparation for a wonderful experience. I have a room in my home which becomes our Red Tent so I am already experiencing what you ladies will experience and it is sure to be another opportunity to Look Within, Trust Within....
