Just something to think about for Fall Retreat. There is a lady in our office, reading a book called "A New Earth", by Eckhart Tolle. It's about how the mind works and helps you to understand how to realign yourself with all elements. Also, she mentioned "The Four Agreements", which leads you to Zen.
